Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Monty, operated by CLEVA.
Where We Ship
We currently focus on shipping to addresses in the United States. If another destination is available at checkout, the shipping options, charges, and estimate shown there will apply.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $50: $3.99 standard shipping.
- Orders of $50 or more: free standard shipping.
The final shipping charge is displayed before payment and may change if a promotion or a different service is selected.
Delivery Estimates
For current U.S. orders, the estimated delivery window displayed by Monty is generally 7–9 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and weekends and public holidays are not business days. The estimate shown at checkout or in your order confirmation controls for your order.
If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include accepting a revised date or canceling for a full refund.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
Address Changes
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact gfxalka@gmail.com immediately. We will try to help, but an address cannot always be changed after fulfillment has started. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Split Shipments
Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we split an order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows a problem or your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number. We may ask you to confirm the delivery address, check with household members or the carrier, and provide photos. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Taxes and Import Charges
Applicable taxes and charges are displayed or collected as required. If a destination imposes import duties or other government charges that were not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for them unless applicable law states otherwise.
